Lived in Clean, Didn’t meet our expectations

The location was good and we felt safe. The house was lived-in clean... Also, the air conditioner, outlets, and lamps in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, and the property manager never responded how to get that going again. It was 95 degrees during the day, so it was hot! The couch that counted as a double bedroom was uncomfortable, sticky, and the cavity under the couch was filled with body hair, wrappers, and other unclean things. The kitchen fit our group of 4 well, but wouldn’t seat more than that comfortably.
