Hands down the worst Hampton we've ever stayed at. First room given to us was not cleaned. Second room was"cleaned" but had ketchup stained comforter. Kids wrestling and yelling in the hallway at 1:30am, adjoining room door wafer thin and screaming kids next door could be heard like they were in your room, floors, elevators and carpets filthy, floors super squeaky, bathroom sink didn't drain, shower curtain didn't even go to the floor so water ran out everywhere. We've had better bargain hotels than this place.

Check in was a breeze & the woman at the front desk was very nice. My kids loved the pool and big breakfast! We went to get some of the lemon water which turned out to be the best lemonade I’ve ever had. Good job whoever makes that. The woman at the desk in the evening was super nice she gave my kids some ice cream sandwiches when we came down to get more lemonade. The breakfast host was amazing and had everything ready at 6AM with a great attitude. Didn’t find anything not clean in our room. Everything was great & we enjoyed our stay.

Disgusting Bathroom!

Arrived at the hotel late on a Fri night. Room was ok but the bathroom was disgusting! The toilet had a black ring in it as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The shower had black mold on the shower head hose and the shower head was crusted with soap scum. I’m not sure that bathroom had been cleaned in a long time.

Starting to look worn and in need of TLC

While the accommodations were adequate, the property is starting to look a little worn and in need of some refurbishing, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was Ok, but nothing to get excited about - we had to weigh our options of eating at the hotel or going elsewhere based on the selection of food choices.
