This was probably the best hotel stay I’ve had. Right on the canal. Walking distance to all downtown attractions. Easy parking. Convenient to highway. Overly so impressed! The breakfast was amazing. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were even able to check in a couple hours early. Highly recommend.

Parking was additional $50 (not specified) Staff was unprofessional. Overall experience was fair to good.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey. I am sorry to hear that you felt that the staff was unprofessional. As for the parking our parking is 37 and that is listed on the 3rd party sites and at the property. The 50 is an incidental hold that is taken at check in and the 37 comes out of the 50. 13 should be going back on to your card it does take anywhere between 3-5 business days for credit cards and 5-7 business days on debit cards. But that 13 has been released on our side if you do not see that 13 back on your card within that time frame you will want to contact your bank because the hotel no longer has access to that.
