Summary:
Experience Indy in this incredible 3 bedroom family home located in the revitalized Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Downtown Indianapolis. This house is the definition of Luxury with custom designs and furnishings. Relax in this spacious downtown comfort pad. The home is 1 miles from Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center (5 minute drive). The house is .5 miles from Eli Lilly and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Only 2 miles from Monument Circle. It is a spacious 3,000 square foot home.
The Space:
Walk up to the front entrance of the home and be greeted by the bright and modern kitchen and dining area which is perfect for guests to prepare a bite and hangout. Just off of the kitchen area is the main living room where guests can listen to music or watch their favorite movie on the 50 inch smart TV.
The master suite is located on the main level which boasts a comfortable king bed, smart TV, walk-in shower and 2 spacious closets. There is also a half bathroom off the living room next to the stairs. Towards the back of the house, guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the dedicated laundry room down stairs. The basement also incudes a great game room with a second living room, ping pong table, and an electric dart board.
Heading upstairs, guest will find two large bedrooms, one bedroom features a queen bed and a full bed, the other has one queen bed and a desk for work. Both bedrooms have dedicated closets for all of your storage/hanging needs and share a large, modern full family bathroom.
The outdoor space include a deck with a fire space, large yard with a picnic table, and fenced in gravel driveway.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Access is via a smart keypad lock and guests can park on the street out front, in the driveway, or in the garage.

STAY AWAY! ROACHES IN THE KITCHEN! THE BACK YARD WAS HORRIBLE. THE FURNITURE THAT WAS IN THE BACKYARD WAS DAMAGED SO WE COULD NOT ENJOY THE AMENITIES THAT WE PAID FOR! ABANDONED HOUSE DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET!! CONTACT ME FOR PHOTOS!!!

We had a great stay at this house! There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and everything was clean. Checking in was very easy and the host communicated well with us.

Perfect home for a trip to Indianapolis
The house was clean and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The property manager/s were extremely nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again
