Great place, really enjoyed its location to everything. Itâs a nice place with great amenities. Directions are funky and using the google map after getting dropped off at the initial address late at night was hard. I should have done a better job of readying the instructions and checking the google map stuff before but could use the Alexander or salon loft as a better reference or drop a pin to where the keys are. I would definitely stay here again. Only other critique would be to get normal size towels. They were like the size in between a hand towel and bath towel. Dang near had to use two towels to dry off.
The apartment was clean and decently stocked with kitchen essentials. Bath and bedding were pretty cheap quality.The pool was nice.Check in was a little confusing. You donât receive instructions until an hour before check in. The address for check in is different than actual complex even though itâs basically in the same place.
Nice property; clean; convenient; a little hard to find the unit but otherwise worked out well for us; property manager was very responsive to questions.
This location canât be beat. The proximity to several great restaurants, a convenient CVS, the Fieldhouse, Victory Field, the Indianapolis Convention Center is awesome.
I have one suggestion: switch to scent free detergents. The scent of cleaners is powerful, and it can really be a problem for guests with sensitivity to scents.
Check in was a little confusing but after we figured out , it was good. Unit was as pictured but could use some fresh paint. Walk ability was nice and convenient for Lucas oil or the field house. Pool was closed but loved the free parking! Would stay again
Perfect location, nice parking garage and great apartment! Amenities were everything we needed for a long weekend. We explored the downtown area by walking and totally enjoyed our stay. The instructions got stuck on page 2 for Check-in but by texting (and then I got a call from the management company) we got everything taken care of in minutes. Communication was awesome with the management company.
The property was excellent. If you want to communicate with the renter? Good luck. I tried to change the reservation within the app to shorten by one day, left multiple messages, never heard a word back. Getting the key was complicated, no one available to answer any questions. Unfortunate as I travel to Indy a lot on business, the apartment was very nice. Doesnât matter if itâs a 5 star resort if the service is horrible.
Easy is the word to describe the whole stay. Easy to check in, easy to get from place to place, easy to relax, easy etc. ONLY complaint is the walls are definitely paper thin, so could hear people next door, down the hall, and above us at different points in the day/night/week....but seriously, was a great experience for us to use as a home base for work for the week.
