Medium at best. Front desk staff not friendly or helpful. I asked for manager, and they said no one was available. Clock in room was inop. Curtains coming off wall. Water never got hot, only warm. Lady in breakfast area was exceptionally kind and helpful. A truly bright spot in an expensive and lackluster Marriott property.

Indian Wells Tennis Tournament stay

Our room and king bed were comfortable. We stayed 2 nights. Early on the 2nd morning the decaf coffee was cold. They said someone didn't come into work that morning, but the night desk person could have made sure the coffee was ready to go. I don’t think we would stay here again.

Never again!

Very disappointed. Only One very slow elevator that worked, tv did not work and no one came to fix after we called. Bed was horrible, hotel internet did not work. Came to the BNP Paribas open and the hotel did not carry the tennis channel. Ridiculous! The only nice thing was the continental breakfast.
