The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Before leaving; wash, dry and put away used dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc...
Return all furniture to their original place and please leave the keys where they found them.
Bring the heat down to 14 and turn off the Central air in the summer before leaving. return the entrance key to the lockbox and leave the fob and garage opener indoor on the shoe rack.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
