We loved this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, The suite room was great. They provided a card which gave free access to the trolly's into old town Innsbruck. The breakfast was great. The room was cleaned each day with fresh linens which is a luxury these days. It was an incredbile location for visiting parts of Austria and Italy. I wish we had stayed here for our Bavaria sightseeing as well.

This is a spotlessly clean and newly renovated hotel. Very quiet also, and with helpful and friendly staff. It is located about 12 minutes walking distance from the old town, in front of a pretty park. If you don’t want to walk to the old town, there is a tram stop just out the door. Our room was thoughtfully arranged with closet space, shelving and hooks. The bathroom is very new and so clean, with natural light and counter space. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety, cold and hot food. The dining area is very quaint and well decorated and very clean. We liked this hotel a lot!

From the moment we walked into the property we were warmly greeted! When we told the desk attendent at check in we would be leaving before breakfast the next morning, she lept into action to make sure the kitchen team had some breafast items waiting for us. They called our cab to the Tirolean folk show and to the train station in the morning. Beautiful property, very centrally located

Great property and very reasonable prices. Off street, secured parking for an extra cost. Nice little gym and spa (steam and sauna). Nice restaurant. Location is approx. 1 mile from old part of town.

This botique hotel is a great place to stay - it's convenient to both the train station and the sights of Innsbruck, staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious and light, with nice decor and coffee/tea making facilities. The only thing missing that didnt affect us too much was a fridge. Our family suite was in the eves - 2brm, 2 bathrooms with separate toilets and a lovely view. Would highly recommend.
