The River Ness Hotel looked quite modern both outside and in. We were greeted straight away upon arrival and checked in for our room. The room was quite modern, compact but had everything we needed. One drawback would be the lack of hanging space. We both found the mattress on the bed to be uncomfortable on our overnight sleep. We both suffered a sore back next morning. Noise from we assumed other bedroom doors travelled badly to our room. So unfortunately the lie in I hoped for didn't materialise. Breakfast wasnt bad. I think that there could gave been a better selection of food stuffs. For instance, although there were several different yoghurts available there was no granola of any sort.

Pros: stylish, comfortable, functional rooms; well located; friendly staff; good value. Cons: bed was a little lumpy, sheets had some spots, bathroom fan noisy.

Looking at your booking details on Expedia you did in fact book a room with 2 single beds. We are sorry to read that we did not meet your expectations due to us not having a car park. It does state on hotels.com website that we do not have a car park.
