Room was cold when i arrived. I didn’t know how it worked so I had to go down to the reception a couple of times for fixing it. took 20 minutes for the room to go to temperature. The corridor was warmer. two days later, after a full day of work, tired, couldn’t wait to have a shower, but I couldn’t as the room was cold again. had to tell the reception and wait another half an hour. Parking at the hotel is not included and cost double of the public parking, about 5 minutes by foot from the hotel. A “complimentary” open bottle with screw cap filled with tap water and didn’t even seemed safe: who tells me it has been cleaned and the guest before me didn’t drink straight from the bottle? On a positive note, nice and clean bathroom and good shower cabin. good coffee machine with Nescafé capsules. Kettle available too. all in all I don’t think I will be coming back.

Everything in the description was not included no underfloor heating in bathroom claimed to have “memory foam” mattress when really it was tired mattress with toppers on top, their was no dressing gowns, don’t waste your money getting a “superior room” when it is not

This was a very nice hotel. It’s in the middle of the city but on a very quiet street, only Fri and sat nights were a wee but noisy. Staff were very polite, all in all I had a great stay….

Was very pleased with our room, very clean and enough space for 2 of us. Didn't use any of the hotel amenities like the bar or dining but they seemed quite busy in the evening. Very central for going out and about in Inverness.
