3 bedroom beach front condo @ Jobos beach

Newly furnished and updated 3 BR / 2 full bath water view condo. King bed, Queen bed and bunk bed (queen+twin). A TV in every room. Great location. You can walk to the beach, and nearby restaurants. Econo Supermarket at 7min. AC's in unit washer/dryer, a basketball court, and balcony with a grill included. The unit has been renovated. It has a large pool, gazebo. Gated building with FREE parking for only 1 car.

It also has a basketball court and a tennis court inside the complex.

Pool Hours: (Subject to change)

Due to pool maintenance: Monday and Friday: 11:00 am - 8: 00 pm

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sundays: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm

You have one guaranteed parking space available for you to use. If you bring more than one car, there are also parking spaces outside the complex in the streets nearby.

If you would want to request a transfer from/to the Aguadilla airport, we offer that for $30 fee each way. Let us know and we can plan ahead to pick you up from the airport and take you straight to the apartment location.

If you need someone to fix any issue you find in the apartment, there is someone you can call and he will come to fix the problem. The details and contact information are in the Guest Manual that is available in the kitchen.



- The property is located in Haudimar Beach Apartments Condominium on the third floor. There is no elevator.

- We provide bath towels but not beach towels. Please bring your own.

- We do not recommend swimming in the private beach of the condominium as the waves are pretty strong there. The closest beach is Jobos beach, 15min walk through the shore or 5min by car.

- We do not have an oven in the kitchen but we provide a grill as shown in the photos.

- We have 855 sq-ft of livable area plus 67 sq-ft of outdoor balcony.

- An SUV is also available for rent at a rate of $120 per day. It's a Nissan Pathfinder 2012 with capacity for 7 people.

Reasonably nice

Pretty nice property. Only problem was that no one communicated that the only people who could be on the grounds were those occupying the unit. The two retired couples who came to visit the family were not allowed to enter and park. Bit of a disappointment for us, but I can see where other larger groups would fine that unstated policy to be more of an inconvenience than we did. There were instructions in the unit from vrbo regarding visitor policies..registering at the gate and parking in designated spot. The dining tale was missing one of the table top fasteners so that required accomodation also. Carol Alfred
