Disappointed
Posted Sep. 28, 2019 on HotelsWe were staying in Ischgl for a friends 50th - We choose the Mondin as it was our first time and we wanted to treat ourselves.
Don’t get me wrong the hotel was nice just not sure it was worth the extra we paid over our friends hotel.
What was disappointing was when it came to check out - we had spilt a very small amount of red wine on the bedspread. We were charge €400. I instead they send us the bedspread as we had paid for it, which they seemed reluctant to do however it arrived at our home a few weeks later.
One splash of vanish and a wash and it’s perfect. Could they not have tried that before charging us.
We enjoyed the holiday so much we are going again next year - I will be visiting The Mondin but only to see if they are wanting to buy the bed bedspread back now I’ve washed it for them.
In all the hotels I’ve stayed in around the world which it’s a lot - I’ve never been charged for any spillages or breakages which I’m sure I must of had some.
As I said it’s a nice hotel but just be careful - the extras can mount up.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen aus folgenden Gründen:
-Sehr nettes Personal
-Große, sehr moderne und schön gestaltete Zimmer mit Bergblick
-Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral im Ortskern, somit auch direkt am Lift/Seilbahn
-genügend Parkplätze
-Wunderschöner und kreativer Wellnessbereich sowie tolles Innen- und Außenschwimmbad
