We found this hotel coincidentally via Expedia. We didn’t know what to expect as we didn’t know the island and the area as well as the facility. As soon as we arrived, we were blown away by the view from the room, the thermal swimming pool, and gift from the hotel for our anniversary, and all the more, the hospitality of the staff!! Although it is a bit of walk (12-13 min) from the port, the hotel provides courtesy ride to the town every hour, if we wanted to stay and relax at the hotel, they provide dinner as well. We had a great 4 nights stay here and we will definitely come back again.

The pool and view were amazing. The staff were super helpful, running a shuttle up and down to the port for restaurants and transport - and they even lent us umbrellas on a rainy day!

We stayed in the hotel for a weekend. It’s a family run hotel and they are very lovely and helpful. They provide transport collection from the harbour to the hotel and drop off and in between too, if needed. It is very clean and the views are stunning from the hotel. We would definitely be going back to stay again.

We stayed five nights and wished it was longer. Fabulous place the staff were wonderful and having meals available at night so we didn’t have to go down town was wonderful. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough will definitely stay again.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this family-run hotel and staff. We loved location, hotel, thermal pool, and breakfast. Our favorite was the kind and hospitable family. The owner Joe was a true gem who helped us with transport, bags, and ice to keep my husband’s medicine cold.

Don Pedro Hotel has a fantastic outlook and wonderful thermal pool which is like swimming in a warm bath. For a 3 star hotel it has a lot to offer and is great value. We had diner there on two nights and really enjoyed it. Staff were very helpful and the availability of a shuttle service to the port at certain times is great, because it is up short hill, which is ok, but uncomfortable if it is hot. We had an upgrade on this, our second stay here, to croon with a terrace, table, chairs and loungers, which was lovely. If anything was to be improved, I would say the showers - they are very small and those that have curtains, just stick to you, making it a bit awkward. Everything else was great and we would stay there again.

Traditionally styled property in unique location overlooking the port area. Access can be gained via steps on foot during your stay. Food quality was good and a plentiful buffet breakfast. Excellent and very welcoming staff / owners.

Great stay with very accommodating staff

I’m glad we found this gem in Ischia. One of the most accommodating hotels I’ve stayed at in Italy. They have a shuttle bus the takes you to the port which is super convenient. The hotel is up a hill that gives amazing views! I totally recommend staying here if you’re in Ischia!

This is a lovely hotel with a fabulous view and a great thermal pool. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Although close to all the amenities around the port, it is up a hill, which is a bit of a challenge in the heat and taxis are expensive. However the owners offer a shuttle service with your luggage to and from the port. The rooms are very comfortable and have a balcony. The heated pool is wonderful! We were only there for one night but hope to return later in the year.

Great cost x benefit

Very nice staff. The hotel is simple, but super clean and functional. The pool and the view from the pool area are amazing. Only con is that doors don't block the sound, during the last night of our stay there was a noisy family that kept waking us up .

Stunning

The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely with beautiful views down to the port. Our room had a balcony and air conditioning. The hotel is up a steep hill but there is the option of a free shuttle if you pre-book with reception.
