Nous avons eu la suite de l’hotel, mais, 4Ieme étage....sans ascenseur, pas de WiFi dans la chambre (contrairement aux informations sur le site), pression de la douche....inexistante.
Cependant la suite est très grande et lit très confortable.

It’s located near the beach and near all the restaurants and bars, couple minutes and you are exactly where you want to be, the room is clean and the staff exceeded our expectations, they are super friendly and they helped us giving us so many tips on things we wanted to do, you also have the golf car rental inside the lobby and this was super convenient for the day we wanted to go to punta sur. I would stay here again and again.

From Eduardo at the front to the cleaning guys, they made you feel welcomed. The wifi was very strong in our room and in the lobby. They have breakfast early which inlcudes coffee and toast. We will use them again without a doubt. The golf car rental El Sol is in the same lobby so if you need a cart you can just get one there, super convenient.

It was ok, the staff was in the clouds they couldn't figure out what was our room. Our room was in the 3rd floor without elevator and the room had a weird smell.
