The check in and check out staff were horrible. Not friendly, never told me anything about the property, and didn't give me a voucher for the drink I was supposed to have. I had never been there so knew nothing about where the dining places were, where the pool or towels were etc.
The check out girl barely spoke to me and gave me the reciept. Didnt even ask how my stay was.

It’s relaxing & tranquil. The view is beautiful, the staff was accommodating & the service was great. It’s a great weekend getaway.
We had a pool view but the windows were excessively cloudy dirty, it was hard to see past them. The rest of our room was nice. Even if they have to wipe them every day, part of the experience is seeing the palm trees swaying in the sunrise every morning and that wasn’t possible with our view. I still gave our stay 5 stars.

The grounds and pools look like they were once very nice but haven’t been kept up. The pool by the ocean seemed like the nicest one. The person we checked in with was dismissive and not very helpful. The bathroom sink in our room had a bunch of hair in the drain from someone else (no drain stopper). In my opinion the entire place needs a deep cleaning/attention to landscape and pools. It was sort of ratty and seemed like it had been let go. The main lodge was nice and the gift shop was great (pricey but to be expected with a hotel gift shop). Overall it was fine though I expected more with the high prices.
