That endless summer, take me there.” You can celebrate summer throughout the year at 3902 Palm Blvd. Regardless of the temperature, you will enjoy the private swimming pool surrounded by manicured lawn and palm trees, ocean breezes from the deck, or the outdoor living room on the screened porch. You will enjoy the salty air as you walk down the private boardwalk to the beach, and sun-kissed hair as you relax on one of the best beaches in the Southeast.

3902 Palm Blvd is a special home that will stay with you throughout the year until you can return to paradise. With over 4,325 square feet, 3902 Palm Blvd features six bedrooms and six full bathrooms. Your family will feel that 3902 Palm Blvd is from an era and grandeur that has long been passed by when they arrive at the home. The large oak door brings you into a grand foyer, two stories high with ornamental carvings framing the walls. It is as if you were entering a great hall. To the left, you will find a billiards parlor that probably will be occupied throughout your week at the beach. Complete with a wet bar and flat-screen television, it might be difficult to get the guys to go to bed. The kitchen is spacious and features top-of-the-line appliances such as a sub-zero refrigerator. A second refrigerator is available in the pantry. From the kitchen, you will find a screen porch that overlooks the private pool.

Straight from a Coastal Living style magazine, the pool area features comfortable furniture, a gas grill, and white columns supporting lattice work providing some shade on bright Carolina days. The living room is appointed with comfort in mind and also features a large flat-screen television. The master bedroom is located on the first level as well. It is highlighted by men's and ladies' separate bathrooms, a king-size four-poster bed, as well as a separate sitting room with a library. Finally, on the first level is a guest bedroom with a full bath featuring a queen bed. After walking the grand staircase, your family will reach the second floor of 3902 Palm Blvd which contains four guest bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms feature king beds, and the fourth has two twin beds and a futon and daybed. Three full baths are located on the second floor.

Where your sun-kissed hair and great tan will last a few days following your vacation at 3902 Palm Blvd, the memories of your vacation on the Island will be endless.

Not worth it

We just stayed at this house with our family. While the location near the beach and pool are great, we had a bad experience with the house. We say 4 cockroaches (yes FOUR!) in both the kitchen and bedrooms, had 2 separate shower doors fall off on a person in the shower (if this has happened to our elderly mother she would have gotten hurt), the house was not clean when we got there, one example was a tissue left in one of the beds. There was no soap in some bathrooms or pillow sheets on the beds. Additionally the house is empty in terms of supplies. We rented down here for 4 years now and every house supplies games, puzzles, cards. This house had nothing. The beds squeak and are very uncomfortable. We tried for 2 days to get in touch with Beachside rentals and could not get through to their voicemail until I tracked down the real estate office. I would not recommend this house, it should be half the price. Its is not clean, very rundown and they need an exterminator.

Amazing

We had such an awesome experience. Check in was prompt and simple. The house is even better in person. The microwave wasn’t working when we arrived and someone came to replace it within a few hours. I can’t say more nice things about our experience. I would 100% book again!

Great but old and dated.

Pros... Great location on the beach. Plenty of room in the house. Great pool. Plenty of parking. Cons... Not the cleanest. Very dated/dingy. Also, maybe others who are familiar with the area realize this, but it is on an extremely busy road. Plus, cars parallel park along the entire road on both sides. It is complete gridlock a few times a day.

Wonderful oceanfront, pristinely kept home!

This gorgeous home was perfect for our large family. There was plenty of space and a lovely yard for the kids to play in. The private walkway to the beach was perfect and safe for the children to come and go to the beach. The pool was a wonderful amenity and was maintained well throughout our stay. The home itself was fully equipped with everything that was needed for our stay. It was orderly and clean for our arrival. The location of the home on Palm Blvd was convenient and easy to get to and from everything. We would highly recommend this home for large families!

Great family vacation home

The property was very nice and well maintained. We had a few minor things that needed to be corrected and Beachside Rentals handled them in a very timely manner. We enjoyed our stay and the company was easy to work with. The home was very well stocked, in the kitchen we had no problem finding any utensils to prep and cook any kind of food. We received some very nice toiletries in each bathroom. The home had plenty of space for 15 people, and a very nice pool and we had access to the private beach area using the boardwalk from our home. I recommend the home and Beachside Rentals.

Great beach house!

Loved this house! We have rented many beach houses, and this is one of the best. The pictures do not do it justice. It is much larger and nicer than the pictures portray. We hope to rent this house again in the future. Thanks Beachside Vacations for helping to make our family vacation a wonderful and memorable experience.

Big Two Thumbs Up

We had a family reunion here that ranged between 10 - 12 people during the week (incl. 5 and 8 YO kids). The home exceeded our expectations and we would probably describe ourselves on the high end of discriminating tastes. The location (both home and the proximity to restaurants, stores and such in IOP and nearby communities), everything you would need is within 10 minutes. The kitchen, the rooms (esp. the MB), the view of the beach/ ocean, the poolside area, the well-equipped kitchen/ pantries, the acoutrements - it was all fabulous. The only issue with the home is the one thermostat on the main floor. Being such a large floor plan it caused varying range of temperatures and comfort depending on who likes it cooler/ warmer in the bedrooms. But I would not let this detract from our 5-star rating. We would return here for sure.

Great house!

This house really exceeded my expectations. I was a little concerned because we booked late for spring break 7 it was one of the few houses left. However, once we arrived I worried no more! The location is excellent, house is beautiful, well equipped and extremely spacious. In fact the pictures make it look smaller than it really is. We had 2 families with 8 people total but you could easily fit more. The pool table was a huge hit as was the big tv with surround sound. The refrigerator is huge plus there is an extra one in the laundry room. The beach is beautiful; easy drive into Charleston; 5-8 minutes to Piggly-Wiggly grocery store. All in all a great house. I would highly recommend this home to any one going to Isle of Palms.
