Ocean Therapy, an oceanfront condo in the Shipwatch community within Wild Dunes Resort, provides the perfect beach retreat for you and your family to soak up some sun, frolic in the community pool and jump the rolling ocean waves. Feel the ocean breezes on your face while you sip your morning coffee, watch the pelicans soaring over the ocean or devour a good book on our private, covered balcony. The rooms within this condo are all on one level -- there are no stairs within the unit after you take the community elevator (or public stairwell) to the second floor and walk into the front door. With an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining room and kitchen areas, Ocean Therapy provides its guests with plenty of opportunity to interact and enjoy one another's company while also having separate areas for individual down time. Ocean Therapy is located within Building D of the Shipwatch residential community in the Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms. Guests enter Ocean Therapy by taking the Shipwatch building D elevator (or the community staircase) to the 2nd floor and entering the front door of the home. Once you enter the front door, you will find an entryway, which leads to the kitchen, dining & living room areas. Both of the home's bedrooms and bathrooms are located off of the kitchen and entryway areas. You'll enjoy the peaceful views of the ocean and sand dunes from the kitchen, dining & living room areas as well as the master bedroom. You may access the private balcony from either the living room or master bedroom. There is a washing machine & dryer near the kitchen.

COMMUNITY POOL IS OPEN YEAR ROUND. SUBJECT TO MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CLOSURES. It will only close for occasional weather issues, periodic maintenance or state closure requirements.

NO PETS; NO SMOKING. Tenant must be at least 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Loved this 2B/B condo. Perfectly clean, well stocked, smelled very nice. AC worked very well. Beautiful beach views. Very quiet at night. Loved the covered porch where we watched a rain shower and ate lunch. Beautiful pool. This property was completely enjoyable. Very communicative hosts. We would lodge here again without question.

Beautiful Pool and condo had a great view!

Loved everything about the condo, the view, the decor and the pool is the prettiest one we have been to on IOP. I wish Shipwatch would allow golf carts. We booked one, had to cancel when we got there because they ban golfcarts on property. We should have had 2 parking spots - one for the car and one for our cart,but weren't able to use the one for the golf cart. Being a few miles from the Sweetgrass pavilion and the tennis and pickleball courts, the golf cart would have been perfect for our stay. Please reconsider that policy - not having a cart was inconvenient. BUT - loved everything else!

Outstanding view! Beautiful condo.

The view from this property is sublime. Beautiful ocean, dunes and trees. So peaceful. The interior is decorated so nicely too. Made you feel special for sure. The balcony was so nice to sit on anytime of day; nice nook by the master bedroom was perfect to sit in out of the wind/rain and the furniture was very comfy. The beach was great to walk on even in the winter; very close to the point which was fun to walk around. Pool area was beautiful too, and plenty of brand new furniture to relax on. Condo had several beach chairs as well. Easy to do day trips to Mt. Pleasant and Charleston. Just an fyi if you are going in the off season you might hear construction noise as they are not allowed to do any renos in the prime season. They are strict in their work hours though! Communication was very easy with the property manager - very responsive! Hope to come back!!

Girls Weekend

The unit is much nicer in person than on line. Very nicely appointed, great ocean views, comfortable and attractive funishings. Beds were very comfortable, great storage and kitchen is well equiped. Great location -- close enough to Charleston for dinner, and super easy to get an Uber driver. We had a fabulous time!
