We loved this house and would choose it again! It was close to the ocean, had plenty of parking, had spacious rooms, and was well supplied with kitchen items, linens, etc. The property managers were great with all communications.

Great Heron Wild Dunes

Right inside the gate of Wild Dunes and an easy walk to the beach. Beach was less crowded compared to lower numbered streets on IOP. Plenty of beach chairs, pool/beach toys, and ping pong table at the house. Extra fridge in the garage. Lots of puzzles and games provided by the house for evening entertainment. Overall, the whole fam was pleased.

Family Vacation 2023

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. However, the pictures shown are older and the property does need some work. The house was clean, the bedrooms were big and the kitchen had a large amount of plates, glasses, and everything you would need. What needs to be fixed are the stained rugs in the living room and downstairs master, the stained couch in the living room and the stained outdoor furniture both in the porch and the garage. It doesn't make you feel comfortable to sit on furniture with stains. Most of the outdoor furniture had mildew stains. The area around the pool needs to be completed with a full patio. There are areas where there is no grass and its just dirt and sand which gets into the pool. For the amount of money this homeowner charges, we expected better. The rental company was very good to work with and communicated with us quickly. We did have a great vacation, but will not stay at this property again. This is also not our first rental on IOP.

Great villa

Our family party of 8, which included 2 couples, grands, a toddler and baby, had a lovely stay. The weather was a little gloomy for 2-3 days of our trip so we were especially happy to have a great home for days inside. The heated pool was a hit especially with the 3-year old. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for family meals. We loved that we could spread out and gather in common areas, yet have enough space for privacy. Our location was a 10 min walk to the beach, and the house had a wagon and beach chairs. It’s a great villa!

Great Girls’ Getaway

Celebrated my 50th birthday here with a group of 12: sisters, sisters-in-law and friends. The accommodations were perfect
everyone had “grown-up” beds to sleep in and there were plenty of bathrooms and gathering spots. House was gorgeous and location was superb! We got the best of both worlds between proximity to Charleston, yet our own pool and a beautiful beach just a short walk away. We rented vehicles and I think it was worth it. Getting Ubers consistently for our large party would have been difficult. We had groceries delivered from Harris Teeter, used a private chef thru Rosemary & Rye Catering one night and ate out on Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and at the Wild Dunes Resort. We also rented some bikes. I would return!!

Beautiful house and great location

The house was clean and well stocked with bath and beach towels, kids toys, kitchen pot and pans, dishes etc. It was a perfect place for three families with individual baths in each bedroom. Easy walk to the beach. Host recommended beach umbrella and bike rental that was very helpful. We have a great time.

Enjoyed the property but a horrible experience with the property manager. Rude, non-professional and accusatory surrounding an issue with a leaky kitchen refrigerator that we were not made aware of in advance.

Beautiful house!

We had an amazing time staying at this house for a bachelorette party! The whole house was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and all of the beds were super comfortable! We enjoyed hanging out in the beautiful pool area, and having coffee in the screened in porch each morning was very relaxing! The house is only a short walk to the beach as well. The management team was great with communication before and during our stay. Would love to stay in this house again next time we travel to Isle of Palms!

INCREDIBLE HOUSE!!!

My stay at the Grace house in IOP could not have been more perfect. I came here for my bachelorette and we absolutely loved it. The house was impeccably clean and fully stocked with all the essentials you would need. The screened in porch was SO cute and comfortable to wake up and have your coffee. The pool area gets sun all day and the wet bar in the garage is so convenient!! The decor of the house was incredible and all the bedrooms were so warm and comfortable. Robin was SO quick to come help when we had a question about the AC. Would definitely recommend this house to everyone!!!! We will be back.

Wonderful IoP Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a family spring break trip! The house was even better than pictured! The kitchen was stocked very well with everything we needed to cook several meals. The pool area was larger than it appeared and there were lots of toys, floats and beach chairs for use during our stay. The furnishings were very nice and our favorite part of the house was the screened in porch where we enjoyed happy hour every night. Easy walk to the beach! We hope to be back to visit again!

loved this lovely beach home

We loved our stay at this lovely home. It was close walking distance to the beach and they provided wagons, beach towels, and beach chairs. Would absolutely recommend staying here. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers amazing! Our group of 12 had plenty of room and it wasn’t ever overcrowded. We also really enjoyed the outdoor spaces!!

Truly Exceptional Vacation Home

This house is PERFECT. The location just inside Wild Dunes and the easy walk to the beach was wonderful. The house is beautifully appointed, so comfortable, and had everything we needed. Robin and her team made our stay seamless from start to finish. The recommendations for beach chair and bike rentals, golf cart rentals, and private chef were all A++. Great Vacation Spot

This was our first trip post the pandemic, and we couldn’t have been happier about our choice. House was located in a perfect spot on the islands and was decorated beautifully. It was true relaxation and comfort away from home. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and we would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering a Wild Dunes Vacation!
