Our home is located in a gorgeous condo in prime location on the 26th floor. A cozy cute studio with ample space to enjoy! There is a supermarket downstairs and a restaurant. Comes with one free parking space. There is a garden, outdoor pool, outdoor tennis and basketball court available.

We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors. When leaving the house please keep doors&windows locked and all electronic devices turned off.

Home Truths
- Our unit is located on the 26th floor
- AC is seasonal and cooling function is not available during winter
- Pool, Turkish bath and gym hours may change. Please consult and notify us before visiting.
- The Residence's Vale Service provides a luggage storage service as a third-party company. If you're interested in using this service, please get in touch with them directly on-site.
- No water tank or generator; temporary impact possible during outages
- The sofa cannot be converted into a bed

Penalties for Violations
- Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
- Lost keys incur a surcharge of 35USD

Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
- A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
- Airport transfers are available at an additional cost
