From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, someone welcomed us and helped with our luggage. Every employee was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The property is modern with every convenience. We will be back again!

Perfectly located

The hotel is perfectly located in the city, close to charming waterfront restaurants and nestled among the many small streets. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel was wonderfully quiet, and we slept very well in the beds. On the rooftop, there’s a lovely restaurant with a stunning view of the bridge. This is also where breakfast is served, and the waiter Yalgin makes sure you have everything you need.

Staff was friendly however, we were charged 500 pounds as a deposit and they took 20 without giving any details since we did not use any service. Only downside was the bridge lights were off throughout our visit which was the reason we chose this hotel so money wasted.
