Perfect Location
Posted Oct. 5, 2023 on HotelsThe best part of my stay was the hotel staff, in particular Gökhan. Warm and friendly they made me feel like I was “coming home” when I go back to the hotel. Excellent location.

Christmas break
Posted Jan. 3, 2023 on HotelsHotel itself was ok and nicely situated near Taksim Square. Staff were friendly, and even though we got up late most days the staff always cleaned room once we asked. Room was small but was cosy. Wifi didnt work. Biggest issue we had was lack of sleep due to the many clubs around from which you could hear loud music until around 4am every morning. Then you could hear the clean up truck cleaning the streets.. Big problem for many hotels of this stretch.

I particularly like the cleanliness and friendly staff. Special thanks to the staff at the reception who speaks English, he's very kind . Do not let the reception fool you. The rooms are squeaky clean

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was clean, comfortable and equipped perfectly. The staff were too friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel

I booked the economy double room and I had ensured that my room would have city view. BUT when I arrived and see my room I was shocked.It was a dark room! They said that none of the rooms have city view.I changed my room but I had to pay more.
I don't suggest this hotel to those one who can't stand the noisy place.
The breakfast is not that I expected. It was so simple and routine.
The refrigerator was empty and there is not any tea bag, coffee and chocolate in room.

first of all thanks for your comment. dear customer normally you booked economy double room and there is no street view we were explain it to you. and you choose balcony room. balcony room price is different that is why we charge from you extra.

The staff were amazing, specially the young gentleman at the reception! Can’t thank him enough for being so kind and so sweet and always helping us with everything from room service to weighing our bags to also helping us get around Istanbul! Overall great experience at this hotel however, they could do better with the cleaning and making sure all facilities in the room work eg. fridge, tv etc.

we went to the hotel that we booked in advance
at 9 am one of the staff told us that the room is not ready yet come back at 12 we went there at 12 other staff sad come back after 14:00 we ask is there a room
they sad yess don’t worry your room will be ready after 14:00 after 16:00we went there again they sad they don’t have a room in this hotel send us to different ona which wasn’t located where we wanted and room was wery bad condition. after that they showed a single or
cancel booking at 17:00 o’clock in taksim with 2 luggage no accommodation there is no number
to call no one to speak no thanks for your services no more hotels com big disappointment
