I hate every thing of that property. It wasn't clean at all the room was so tiny. The towels were from stone age. The lines was stained with blood.

When we came for check in, were not given the actual room we booked. They took us to another building, not too bad though, but the room abd bed was much smaller. The air conditioner was not working. But their services was good. Excellent breakfast, their tv had Netflix, Amazon prime video. And the counter guys were super friendly. Only the fact that they didn't give us the actual room is the bad side

I booked a double room in this hotel for my parents (elderly people). when they arrived they faced: broken wardrobe; faulty mixer tabs; problem with the shower; stains on the mattress. they talked to the receptionist about these problems, but instead of helping, he said in Arabic "old people are like children" very unhelpful and grumpy receptionist. Avoid this hotel

The 2 receptionist were great. The room was cleaned everyday excellent room service. Good breakfast. The location isn’t the greatest but oh well I had no problems at this hotel I am very happy to stay again I highly recommend. The night receptionist Adam was his name he was excellent.

Breakfast was nice, as well as the housekeeper. She was very friendly. Other than that, the staff was completely rude and inhospitable. Will never go back there and definitely will never recommend Hotel Terrace.

I stayed in the Hotel for 6 days. Staff is very cooperative. Hotel is very neat and clean. Many visitor attractions are very close to hotel. I would like to stay in this hotel again during my next trip to Turkey.

Три дня была в этом отеле ни разу не делали уборку 😡 , хамское отношение горничной когда я попросила убраться.. в комнате сырость , тараканы.. ужасный отель.. на террасе бардак негде сидеть столы и стулья вся в пыли и плюс банки от пива.. очень ужасный отель
