I booked 2 rooms for 3-night stay at the hotel, but the room was cold and the heater didn’t work. The restroom also lacked basic hygiene items like hand wash, shampoo, and towels. After calling reception, these were provided, but the heater still didn’t work. My mother caught a cold, and we had to leave after the first night. The receptionist assured me I’d receive a refund for the remaining two nights, but I haven’t received it yet. Please process the refund as soon as possible. Thank you.

The Ibis Zeytinburnu was the hotel included in a Costsaver trip, "Wonders of Turkiye". The rooms were well appointed, breakfast included a lot of favourite Turkish dishes with plenty of choice. Taxi fares are expensive from the Old Town Instanbul, but the metro is only 800m or so from the hotel. I was disappointed that I couldn't use the pool as guests from the adjoinijng Novotel have priority and numbers are capped for pool and sun lounge use..
