Do not book any room with them. Never give you the same room as your reservation. If you ask for a nice room same as your reservation charge you more. Everything on the website is a lie. Please remove the scammers from the Expedia website as soon as possible

الفندق يقع في مكان جميل. تشعر أنك في وسط كل شيء. تقسيم وغالاتابورت على بعد خمس دقائق سيرًا على الأقدام. كانت غرفتنا دافئة ومريحة وواسعة. الإنترنت يعمل بدون مشاكل وموظفوه أشخاص نظيفون. اللوبي في الفندق له جو جميل. هذا فندق عائلي، الأشخاص المقيمون هنا مميزون مثل الفندق نفسه. كأنك داخل فيلم تاريخي. سأوجه عائلتي بالكامل إلى هذا الفندق الجميل، فندق هؤلاء الناس الرائعين

otel beklediğim gibi çıktı. kaliteli bir hizmeti var. aurası çok iyi otelin. butik bir otelden alınacak maksimum faydayı alabilirsiniz. türk hamamı ve jakuzi gerçekten başarılı. kısa konaklamada 5 yıldızlıdan alamayacağınız keyifi veriyor bu otel insana. yatakları sanırım çok yeni içinde kayboluyorsun. gittiğim en mükemmel otel değil ama fiyat faydadaki en iyi otel. çalışan insanlar güleryüzlü bir gram kibir ve yüz asıklığı yok. bol bol seratonin ile ayrılırsınız. tavsiye ediyorum ben.

Don’t do it!

Where do I start? Simply do not waste your time or money on this property. I had hoped I found a gem, but I was sorely mistaken and our stay there hindered every aspect of our trip. Not to mention they lied to us about why we couldn’t get the room we paid for. The rooms are tiny, not European small, which is expected; they are a tiny space with no accommodations, noisy, and unkept. Previous guests had their belongings in the room, sheets were not clean, and I could go on, but I won’t. Skip this property in its entirety. If you still decide to stay, keep in mind the location is hard for vehicles to get to so if you schedule a tour with hotel pickup- good luck.

Everything was dirty. Especially the kitchen stuff. No cleaning products to clean it either so they expect you to pay for stuff to clean other people’s mess. Cleaner doesn’t wear mask and keeps going in the room. Go out closing the balcony door and come back to find it wide open.

Good and bad

This is a nice, interior designed hotel in a great area but with a few problems. The sound travels through the building and with women screaming and laughing in corridors, and the room below, at 1am... 2am... it lead me to decide to cut my stay short. By day it’s a peaceful haven to relax in but at night it’s a frat house. The cleaner just enters the room like it’s unoccupied. Today, she walked in when I was in bed. She left. Later she walked in with clean towels when I was sitting in the living area. There are not many gay men who want to look up and find an old woman standing in the middle of the room and she doesn’t wear a face mask, or gloves, so there’s little thought to her spreading Covid to the guests. Not ideal behaviours as now I have reconsider exited the bathroom naked in case I find an old women in the room. How intrusive and as a guest I pay for this. My room has a great view, and a small kitchenette (with limited utensils), and there are plenty of coffee shops and eateries in the area.

I reserved the suite. When we arrive they told us it was not available. It was almost midnight when we arrived so we had to stay one night. The room they gave us was their most basic room. The curtain was broke. The tub was broke. The bathroom was dirty and there were no coffee supplies. We left the next morning becuase they did not provide us with the product we ordered. The desk tild is they had to charge us for one night. They would not provide me with a receipt. They charged my card for the entire 3 days and I have filed a dispute with credit card company. The worst thing is the night we arrived, they still showed room available. I feel this was deception.

Caution. They are scammers: Before reserving the Presidential Suite I checked the reviews of other guests and they all said they had problems with "CANCELLATION of reservation. IT WAS MY CASE TOO. We got to the hotel and they said they couldn't find the reservation. They blamed Hotels.com and asked us to call. After supposedly checking for a while they gave us another lower priced and smaller room. We had a hard time after a long trip. We accepted the proposal because we wanted to rest. DO NOT GO TO THE HOTEL. They speculate on reserves or oversell in order to get money from you. The receptionist was friendly just so we didn't call the POLICE. ------- Precaucion. Son estafadores: Antes de reservar la Suite Presidencial yo revise los reviews de otros huespedes y todos decian que tuvieron problemas con "CANCELACION de reserva. TAMBIEN FUE MI CASO. Llegamos al hotel y dijeron que no encontraban la reserva. Culparon a Hotels.com y nos pidieron que llamemos. Despues de supuestamente verificar durante un tiempo nos dieron otra habitacion de menor precio y mas pequeña. Pasamos mal rato despues de un largo viaje. Aceptamos la propuesta porque queriamos descansar. NO VAYAN AL HOTEL. Especulan con las reservas o sobrevenden con el objetivo de sacarte dinero. La recepcionista fue amable solo por eso no llamamos a la POLICIA.

Close to Taksim square about 12 min by walking. Coffees/restaurants near the Hotel. 5 min to “ Tophane” train/bus station . Very clean and comfortable place. Very kindly and friendly staff .
