The 3rd bed is an uncomfortable cot which is unacceptable after a 10 hour flight, reception staff are not very friendly, the rooftop restaurant can’t get your dinner order right, but expect you to pay. The food was not of high quality either. The beef shank tasted old. After failing to acknowledge our anniversary by themselves, they sent us a plate of breakfast buffet fruit. We asked the front desk for support for getting a taxi, and they just said that they don’t speak English. We got zero help. Just constant snide stares. We watched the front desk manager lie to someone who called in by saying the system was down while he was using the system to check us in. We called to speak to Zara, the general manager, and no one has called us back. Gulfur from housekeeping was the most excellent person at the property! She should work at front desk or at least in management!
