Staff is cold and rude. The quality of services provided doesn't stand anywhere close to 4 star hotel. I liked the food at restaurant at the ground floor. Also the staff at the restaurant well behaved.

I was given a different room than it was advertised and pictures. Room and bathroom was tiny, curtains were torn, windows were opening to a place where there was no view other than a wall and no fresh air as this place were covered with walls on every side. It was like a basement, it smell like a basement. I am sure I was given with this room because I booked the room through Expedia.

The pillows were too high and there was no other option staff didn’t respond easily only after three times some brought same type of pillow. Air conditioner temp was unadjustable reduced temperature from 21 to 19 degree centigrade but was too hot unable to sleep. Room and shower were extremely small.

Good and bad impressions

All in all It was a great stay. The Service could be a little more polite and English speaking. The menu and the room service is great but some food has bad quality also it could be more healthy.
