excellent hotel with 2 minute walking distance to Hagia sophia and blue mosque and 4 minutes walking to T1 tram station.Hotel staff excellent especially Fatima who guided us regarding the map and also suggested bosphorous cruise by bus and boat which was excellent. Sinaan and Khalid were a great help and always smiling and ready to help. Only bad part was non stop noise pollution from many sea gulls at night time around the hotel and can disturb your sleep considering its so near the water.

Great location and safe for solo traveler

Seven Hills was the ideal and affordable choice for this solo traveler. I booked one of their single traveler rooms, simple but had everything I needed: bed, private/not shared bathroom, desk, small fridge, coffee/tea, a safe and space for hanging clothes. Also liked that it had a window that opened to outside to hear the sounds of the city (and call to prayer 5x/day). Location is the best!! less than five min walk to Blue Mosque, Haga Sofia, Islamic Art Museum, Cistern, railway, restaurants, markets, etc. And while I chose the simpler accommodations since I knew wouldn't be in the room much I did see other rooms that were plush and beautiful. My particular room was next to the elevator and had quite a bit of noise from the lobby just bring earplugs it will be fine. Front desk staff friendly and helpful too. Don't miss sunset at the rooftop restaurant, try for a Window seat. The food is mediocre and the service not great BUT best view in town!!

5 star service and views

Great hotel, location and terrace with a beautiful view of the city and water. For the price point, Seven Hills was fantastic value. I especially appreciated the service of the staff, and in particular Kadir, who welcomed me. I arrived at 1am and upon entering my room he noticed a problem that he was not happy about, so immediately went about finding me another room without me even asking, and then brought me a plate of Turkish Delight…it’s those little things that leave lasting memories and I only wish I could thank him enough. Seven Hills, he will be hired by the Four Seasons across the road if you don’t promote him soon! Not only him, but every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

We really loved the location. We could walk everywhere. The staff were very friendly and ready to arrange anything we needed. The only one thing we found stressful was how the wifi was very intermittent- it constantly cut out which interfered with our planning.

We returned to this hotel after 25 years and it is exactly how I remembered it. The best views from the hotel rooftop of both the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Wonderful, welcoming staff. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Perfect location for seeing the sights. Practically on the property of the Topkapi Palace. Simply a 10/10!

I wanted a moderately priced hotel in the Sultanahmet district close to me tourist attractions. Seven hills was perfect. There is no closer hotel to the Hagia Sofia. The concierge expected us and greeted me by name. His English was flawless which is great because my Turkish is nonexistent. Check in was easy. If you don’t have tours rebooked the hotel can arrange a guide. The staff was pleasant and always greeted us warmly as we came and went. My one quibble is that the jets in my tub didn’t work but I didn’t really care. Just having a soak in a tub after a long hot day was luxurious.

Gem of a hotel in the Sultanahmet area. The staff is incredibly friendly and provide top-notch service. We didn't eat at the hotel but did enjoy drinks from the rooftop patio -- amazing views that shouldn't be missed.

The place was VERY nice in more ways than one! Very centrally located and within walking distance to many historical visits, a plethora of restaurants and the staff was EXCELLENT!!! Oh and the terrace restaurant was out of this world with its panoramic views and excellent food!!! It’s our second visit and won’t be the last!
