Great location, close to so many points of interest for first timers in Istanbul. Very friendly and helpful staff, very responsive to messages ahead of our arrival and they helped us arrange transportation from the airport which was very helpful. Clean room and premises, rooftop restaurant was very convenient and has an amazing view! All in all, strongly recommend!

Seven Hills is a fantastic hotel, it has exceptionally clean, well designed rooms with large showers and comfy beds. The staff are amazing, very polite and caring. They were very helpful at every stage. You must make sure to have breakfast or lunch or dinner in their roof top restaurant the views is stunning! The location of this hotel is possibly the best possible spot you can be based in. It is simply a walking distance to all the old city landmarks (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, underground Cistern, Topkapı Palace, archaeology museum, the grand bazaar, Istanbul university, many other amazing Mosques and more) and it is also very close to public transport, if you are venturing out to the rest of this amazing city. The tram takes you down to Sirkeci for Marmaray line ( overground line that crosses the bosphorus underground tunnel, and also covers long distances)or for the ferries that take you to anywhere on Bosphoprus, or you can continue on the tram across the golden horn bridge to Karaköy if you after more modern shopping malls and modern art museum etc. this saved us so much time and money, location is the key for Istanbul and you cannot get better than this. I would definitely book again to stay at this lovely hotel. Thank you !

The Seven HIlls hotel was the best place to stay for us, it was exactly where we wanted to be which allowed us to walk to most of the attractions. Seeing the Higa Sofia and Blue Mosque out of our window or from the rooftop terrace was amazing. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay but the entire staff and especially, Ozan, Fatma and Jozan were beyond special. We spent 10 wonderful days at the hotel and could not have had a better experience because of the staff, they were so accomodating and freindly. Always there to greet you and assist with any questions or requests. They made our stay worth going back to just see them. The hotel is close to all of the attractions in the "old town" and you can catch the tram to anywhere else in the city you may want to explore. I highly suggest getting the breakfast option with a room, the traditional Turkish breakfast (for 2) is not only amazing but it's enough to feed a small family so you will not need to eat lunch. This was my second time in Istanbul, the other was 40 years ago so the change was surprising and all for the good, it's still one of the busiet cities I've been to but safe and the people could not have been more charming from the merchants to the daily commuters. Put it on the bucket list if you have not and if you stay in Instanbul the Seven Hills hotel is where you want to be.

We stayed at Seven Hills in ,December and were immediately enchanted by how this quiet little street holds such a gem. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the waterfront for daily strolls. Breakfast was one of our favorites plenty of choices and tasty. We also tried the spa, taking a package for two, which was a wonderful way to finish our trip before flying home. A special thank you to Tugba, who made our stay truly memorable with her warmth and care. She took time to connect with us, looked after our child with such kindness, and made sure we had everything we needed.

I never made it to Turkey. Stinking Saudi Airlines cancelled my flight. So, it was totally out of my hand. And their first available Trip was literally 24 hours before I was supposed to leave Turkey. So, we couldn't go. The hotel didn't recognize a force major that I was having and charged me the full amount. When, God Willing, I eventually do go to Turkey, I will never deal with them.

Excellent service and very accommodating staff The staff at Seven Hills Hotel were extremely prompt, cooperative, and professional throughout our stay. We initially faced a small issue with the room that was provided, but the concierge handled it very kindly and even offered us a complimentary room upgrade. Although we chose not to take the upgrade to avoid the hassle of moving our belongings, we truly appreciated the gesture. They also offered us a late checkout and were always available to answer questions or assist with any additional services. Overall, the service made our stay very pleasant and comfortable.

The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and the balcony view was simply breathtaking—the sunrise in particular was spectacular. I also loved having the hot tub right in the room. The only minor issue was noise suppression; while loud calls to prayer from the nearby mosques are expected, I could also clearly hear conversations from neighboring balconies. The hotel staff was absolutely phenomenal. Every person I interacted with—Ozan, Fatima, and Ismail—was extremely hospitable and attentive. The front desk truly served as a one-stop-shop for every need: tours, transport, dining, and recommendations. They were consistently kind and never pushy if we chose a different option. Will definitely be back!

Seven Hills was one of the best experiences I’ve had traveling. I travel a lot. Oran, who I always wanted to call Michael, but I knew that was wrong 😂, helped me so much with arrangements. Fatima is an awesome gal, and I’m mad at myself for not remembering other names. You might see Groucho Marx working the desk, too. I plan to go back again and take friends/family. Istanbul is so cool!

Staff was very accommodating. Hotel is in a perfect location, near Hagia Sophia. View from rooftop is incredible. Four Seasons is just down the street at a much more expensive price. Only issue is that there’s a sister hotel near the water named Seven Hills Palace and my driver confused the two.
