Room was amazing. Staff were brilliant. We had such a lovely time and the hotel was a little haven to get away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. This coupled with Aris the hotel dog greeting us everyday really made it special.

Great staff, great stay, very walkable to everything (<10 mins to Galata) and the room was cleaned every day. The only reason I am leaving it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is I did feel the apartment was nicer in the photos online than in person, and the shower drain didn't work very well. I think that may have been the unit we got though. I would still stay again and the staff was friendly and helpful!

. I’m very upset. Two days later. I called the hotel to check if I left my poetry book in my room or at the front desk reception In the beginning of my phone call she asked me about my name twice. I don’t know her name actually I ask her please. If you find my book please call me back to my friend phone She called after 45 minutes my friend answer. She was rude with him. And say Don’t give the phone to Mr. Hampton tell him we don’t find anything here!!!! he told me she was very rude in the Turkish language this is was very bad unprofessional to communicate with the customer like that other than that the whole thing was great. I hope this will be corrected

Hotel is in a minute walking distance to the most live street of Istanbul, Istiklal Street, which is off the Taksim Sq. It’s is very clean and staff are nice. Room is small, but well designed. Ours had a nice big hammam designed bathroom and shower.
