It’s an old Super 8

It’s an old Super 8 that cost $85/night - you get what you pay for *shrug*. But they had last-minute availability and the shower was hot, the a/c worked, and the sheets were clean.

Staff was very rude. If the person checking the customer in the first people to represent the business is rude and insensitive then the whole impression is bad. This gentleman wears rude and had no manners. He has no business dealing with the public. Property was dirty and old. Breakfast was nonexistent. Would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

When I arrive to check in, the front desk clerk rudely told me I was interrupting his brunch. I politely left came back an hour later. Later that evening, I realize that I did not need the reservation. I immediately contacted the hotel and asked to cancel. They told me there would be one night charge which I agreed to and they confirmed that they would refund the other three nights. Despite follow up phone calls from me and from Expedia tthey have not done as promised and will not refund my money although the cancellation policy says I will only be charged for one night. I would avoid the super eight at all cost!
