In the living room is a queen size futton,so is perfect for 4 people.

This Condominium is walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment, it is also minutes from Palma Real Golf Course. All the comforts of home await for you at this gated luxury complex, which features two large beachfront infinity pools, hot tubs, private gym, spa, poolside snack bars with very reasonable prices, tennis court and wonderful sunsets!

Cheap getaway

We have been to the bay view grand many times. The property is well groomed and maintained. If you are looking for basic accommodation at a good price point this unit gets the job done. Nice poolside restaurant and eateries are all within walking distance from the condo. And the beach is fantastic!

Our 1st VRBO Experience @ the Bay View Grand Marina

If we are talking about the grounds, restrooms, pool, etc., very, very good! Our rental unit left alot to be desired. Our porch view was GREAT if you didn't look to the left & down (we were on the 2nd floor.) There was a small pool for 1 of the units below, that was disgusting to look @! Had they maintained that pool or covered it up, you would not have had issues with it looking like a pool of urine. Our rental was right next to the garbage truck loading zone dock. You could hear the garbage being dropped down the chute from all the floors above. Let's just say, for maybe an extra $200 to do a few upgrades to the rental: nicer bedding/decent coffee maker/porch chairs that weren't broken/ a bed that didn't look like it was on the floor/a door lock you didn't have to fight each time - that would have made a huge difference in a very positive way. The wifi included got us "almost to the pool." Very weak. Sometimes it's just the little things. Now to the good stuff about the rental: GREAT shower/AC/frig freezer. The Bay View Grand Marina is gorgeous! The infinity pool is stunning. The adult pool was an adult pool! No kids in it which was a 1st for us! The public restrooms were immaculate! The bar /restaurant was great! Those guys/gals all work their butts off & they were fun! (The only thing I would have changed would have been make mimosas available for breakfast. LOL) The security @ the BVGM was excellent! We felt very safe during our 17th stay in Ixtapa. If you had trouble finding a pool chair, the worker bees would bring you 1. Our intention is to go back to the Bay View Grand Marina next winter...for even longer than we did this year.

Beautiful!!

The BVG is a very beautiful place. The grounds are lush and very clean. The employees are all quite friendly.The restaurant serves good for at reasonable cost. The owner of our unit was exceptionally nice and always available to us.
