New Build, Waterfront 6 Bedroom and 6.5 Bath House on Norris Lake in Big Creek.

Stunning, waterfront, NEW Norris Lake home! Completed in 2023, this home offers 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. There are three master suites, each with their own private bathroom and lake views. Additional bedrooms include a 2 queen bedroom with private bath, a queen bedroom with private bath and bunk room (full over full) that sleeps 8. Each bedroom has a TV. Main floor is an open floorplan with a well equipped kitchen and large island with seating for 6 and spacious dining and living areas. Two master suites are also located on the main level. The lower level is made up of a cozy rec room, the 3rd master suite, the queen bedrooms with lake views and bunk room. The outdoor living spaces include two expansive deck areas. The upper deck boasts a TV and outdoor wood burning fireplace to cozy up to while enjoying the lake views. A concrete path from the house and driveway lead you to the lake and private dock. The home is situated on a private cove with year long water which is great for swimming, canoeing, or paddle boarding without the worry of any boat traffic. The dock also includes a swim platform which is perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or watching the kids splash and jump in the lake. Whitman Hollow and Sequoia Marinas are close and offer dining, essential supplies, and boat/jet ski rentals. There is also boat ramp access at Indian River Marina. Restaurants, the I75 exit, and grocery stores are 10 mile or 20 minute drive away.


Renters must be a minimum of 28 years old, ID will be required at time of booking.

This is a non-smoking rental and no pets are allowed. Rental during peak season is Saturday through Saturday with a 7 night minimum requirement during peak season. Wifi is included.

Stunning Home on Norris Lake

From the moment we walked in the home, we were amazed by the beautiful decor and amazing views. We have stayed in numerous homes at Norris and this was hands-down the most beautiful home to date. We definitely would love to come back again. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Perfect Layout For a Group!

We had 5 adults and 4 kids under 9 and this house was perfect! Multiple areas for everyone in the group to do what they want when hanging at the house.The ice machine was a great feature
no need to get ice from the marina:)Internet actually worked for those that needed it!Suggestion:Lights on boat dock. Those that wanted to fish at night had to take flashlights.

Our group can't say enough about this home and host. Great communication and a very well maintained and stocked home. The outdoor fireplace was a great place to recap our day and hang out.This home is the best we've had in our years of coming to Norris. We will definitely stay here again.

Norris Lake Dream House

Wow! What a beautiful house! It was perfect for our three families. Everything was high-end and excellent quality. The house and dock were so clean! The outdoor sitting space with a tv was a big hit. This was our perfect lake getaway house, and we will definitely book again!

Great house

First, the steep driveway that you can't see when you approach. Whew! After that, it's great. Wonderful, well-stocked kitchen with lots of counter space. Good bedroom layout for privacy and quiet. Plenty of seating for watching TV and dining. New and clean. Just wonderful!

Lake House Getaway

We arrived to find a very steep driveway, but it soon led us to a beautiful, clean, newly built lake house getaway. The living area is spacious and large enough for our entire family. The deck and outdoor fireplace was wonderful for us to relax and enjoy. The walk to the dock is steep and could be tough for some folks, but the clear water and large dock made the walk worth it. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again!!

Gorgeous home in a gorgeous setting

This is our third year at Norris for family vacation. We have 5 children, all with spouses and a few small grandchildren. The Wolf Hollow area is by far our favorite area of the lake, and the home was perfect for our needs. A huge kitchen perfect for cooking big meals, a bedroom/bath for everyone, two living room areas, and large outdoor living areas let us spread out and be comfortable. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Beautiful house and lake.

The house was just as advertised. We had 11 people and there was plenty of room to spread out. The walkway/ramp to the water was very challenging for everyone. It is extremely steep. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation at this stunning house.

Had a great experience

My family,friends, and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We loved the large gathering spaces for us all to come together and hang out, watch television, or play games. We also enjoyed the vast number of bedrooms with their own personal bathrooms which allowed all of us to have a personal space to retreat to for individual time as needed. We loved the tv and patio furniture set up outside on the back deck that included a warm cozy fireplace for us all to sit around and talk and laugh. We made a lot of great unforgettable memories and this beautiful home was key to making it happen. Will definitely stay again.

Great place

Very nice house in an amazing location. Everything seemed brand new and the dock and ramp were very well done. Disappointed there was no ice machine as advertised, plus the refrigerator ice machine wasn’t really producing ice - not great with 13 people - and the grill was very dirty and hardly turns on. If it wasn’t for planning on grilling out each night and everyone constantly needing ice for their cup, we probably wouldn’t have noticed those two things.
