The room was clean. However the place was a living hell for me. Very dangerous men walking around everywhere some did not live there. I had an upstairs room reserved a downstairs told I would move the following week there was a flood so I stayed. No heat hole in wall by air conditioner that was patched smoke dectector broken cover missing that was replaced fan in bathroom also replace but still did not work. The light in the ceiling kept going in and out so I turn it off! To fix everything took five days of waiting and calling to no avail just a hot mess multiple units being rented out to extended stay tenants who wanted to move from the back taking the units set aside for travelers who had to settle for what was available. These individuals smoke in the building the hallway smelled like weed daily. Kid did not go to school ran up and down the hall sun up to sun down one on a bike on the parking lot hit my car he father has no insurance so it looks like I will have to pay. There is lots of fights the police came out for a domestic issue last week. The office not helpful at all seem to want to inconvenience me at every turn. Told I would get my deposit back in five to seven days. Had some black men blocking the hall to try and take my picture kept walking in the hall blocking me from going down the stairs. I finally asked if maintenance could assist to keep down confusion still have these ignorant people trying to take pictures of me. Scary.
