A piece of fruit would be nice
Publié le 12 mars 2024 sur HotelsMy main issue was the disconnect between Hotels.com and the actual hotel. Confirmation numbers were different and not recognizable to the hotel; this should be easy to fix, no? And another big problem: my flight was delayed, so I did not arrive at the hotel until 2:15 on Mar 10 -- 45 min before check-in on Mar 11. I had originally booked for 2 nights (9-11) but only had 45 minutes there on my first day. But the hotel couldn't do anything about it -- because, they said, I had booked through a third party. So I paid way too much. I realize I should have cancelled, but again, issues with the hotels.com and the actual hotel made it difficult, especially when traveling and overwhelmed already with a red-eye flight and connecting flight to make.
Oh last thing: the hotel was comfortable, and breakfast offered a lot -- but no fruit. Just carbs. Please consider having a bowl of fruit somewhere?
