Breakfast OK. Staff very good. Very clean and new carpet & walls. Room was nice and clean & good firm beds. Looks brand new. A bit hard to drive out with continual traffic. Would stay here again.

We requested a 5:30 a.m. wakeup call, we never got it. We overslept for an appointment at Mayo Clinic. Thank God, they still got us in. They never got the garbage out of the room, we took it to the big garbage can outside. We had to ask for clean towels, they were never replaced.

We were on the 4th floor. After taking showers after dinner, the sewer smell coming from the bathroom was overwhelming. I used half a bottke of perfume to try to drown the smell which it did. Git up at 5 am and aftr going to the bathroom, went to wash my hands and realized the water was off. The toilet starting doing some terrible sounds. We didnt even get to brush our teeth, in order to get our appt at 6:50. Breakfast was a package of dry cereal and left. After to ecen dare have coffee. Terrble stay.
