Location is everything in this spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located in Ocean Park Condominium. You are two blocks from the beach, steps away from the pool and Jacuzzi, neighboring Fort Clinch State Park, and only two miles from Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach.

The open floor plan from the kitchen, dining, and living area embraces the ocean views from the oversized private balcony. The living room features a large Smart TV with Hulu online streaming. The dining area has seating for six in addition to the bar seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the daily necessities.

You will find tile throughout all of the main living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed and newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each room is equipped with its own TV and closet. Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)There is also a full-size washer/dryer.

There are many beach access options located directly across the street in addition to a variety of fun activities for the family. These include a volleyball court, playground, putt-putt, basketball court, Skate Park, concession stand, and beachside restaurants.

This condo was a great fit for my family (wife and two young boys) and I on our vacation to Amelia Island. We went to the beach every day and were grateful for the beach chairs and wagon, as well as the proximity to the beach, which made getting there super easy. The balcony was also nice to spend time on enjoying the water views and warm air. The condo had everything we needed as far as kitchen items, towels, and basics like paper towels and laundry and dishwasher detergent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider this condo again if we return to the area in the future!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful views, spacious common rooms with fabulous furnishings. Spic and span throughout with everything you might need to start your stay off right. Chasta and Dana were just a call or text away. We loved staying here and were also grateful for the umbrellas provided (along with a buggy, chairs and other beach items) in the outside closet.

Clean, furniture in excellent condition, mattresses were comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Half a block from the beach, views are beautiful. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It’s right across the street from the beach, pool is right on sight, having bikes and beach gear right there was great. The kitchen had everything you could need and I loved having a full sized washer and dryer.

Great Place

Spacious rooms, great location, great master bath, well equipped kitchen. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to town. Also near Ft Clinch and Eagan’s Creek Greenway. Chasta was responsive and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Stay at Ocean Park Ferdanina Beach

The property was as pictured...spacious, nice furniture, kitchen that overlooked the living areas, balcony, 3 bedrooms. We had 3 parking spaces and used 2 of them. The weather was too chilly to use the pool, but hot tub was nice. We had a couple of things missing and when we called Chasta, she came immediately to remendy what was missing. It was a great stay...2 nice restaurants within walking distance...great beach...state park.

Well stocked, great location, very clean pool. We had access to their garage and it had bikes, beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards galore! The only thing I didn’t like was a big thick piece of foam under the bottom sheet on the king bed. It was pee stained so I took it off. Otherwise, great place and would stay again!

Great Location

Had everything we needed. Mgt company responsive when we needed bike tires pumped up and new batteries for remote. Location very close to beach and easy bike ride/ walk to downtown or the marshes. Deck overlooks water/Pond where turtles bathed and Egrets and Herons hung out. The oversized chair and ottoman in master perfect for snuggling in to read a good book and get away from everyone for a bit! Kitchen well appointed and provider dishsoap and dishwasher cleanser (not all VRBO’s do that). Lots of extra blankets so everyone can be comfortable. Hot tub was perfect temp. Clean. Jets working. Fit our group of 5 + 2 friends staying nearby. Didn’t try pool - too chilly. Skate park and basketball courts enjoyed by our teenagers. Quick walk to Salt Life which has AMAZING decks near beach, great food and awesome waitstaff. Great restaurant right on beach nearby too - forgot name but close to Salt Life. And go to Salty Pelican and Wicker Bao. Take the Amelia Island kayak (ask for Amber). The Segway tour at Omni resort was fun for our extended group. Then hit Surfside for outdoor dining and cool shirt souvenirs.

The property description was very accurate. Spacious with nice furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped. The walk to the beach is easy and the property has an on-site shower/hose for rinsing off after the beach. The private garage is another plus.

Everything was as described in the listing. The property was clean and in a great location. It was spacious and well decorated. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes, pots and pans. The balcony had a wonderful view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!

Wonderful condo!

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean Park. The complex itself is secure and well kept, with what appears to be a mix of rentals and permanent owners. The location is great, a short walk to main beach and to two different ocean front restaurants. Being up on main beach also made this property closer to downtown and Centre street than if we were further down the island. The unit was very clean and well stocked. We really appreciated the beach chairs, toys, and wagon in the garage. There was plenty of room in the unit for our party of 5 adults and a toddler. The furniture, dishes, etc were all clean and relatively new. The property managers were responsive when we had an issue with parking passes. One thing to note, there is no cell phone service in the actual condo. You get it right outside the front door, but in the condo we had to rely on wifi and iMessage. I found that really odd! Just a minor drawback on an otherwise great stay.
