The m air conditioner did not work and the room is dirty. The bed sheets are stained

Terrible hotel

The room was dirty. No mini fridge, microwave or iron was available in the room. Outlets didn’t work. The tv screen was yellow and green like the color was about to go out. I went to the front desk to inquire about these amenities and was rudely told that Red Roof was under no obligation to provide these items. The desk clerk was rude and unwilling to assist. I will never stay at this hotel again.

They gave my reserved non-smoking room to someone else before we got there. We had to stay in a smoking room. The smell was so terrible I barely slept all night.

perfect night. Renovation still underway, refrigerator not in room, not a big deal. Would definitely stay there again.
