You’re located in a quiet beach neighborhood just minutes away from many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and the sand. Less than 5 miles away from Mayo Clinic. You will enjoy this sparkling clean home with a modern, coastal vibe.

Fully equipped for the perfect getaway including comfortable beds, smart TVs, WIFI and fully stocked kitchen, patio, and fenced backyard providing you privacy.



The Space:

Perfect location for everything you need. Minutes away from coffee shops, grocery stores, the pier, and Jax beach's most popular bars.

Primary bedroom has a Queen bed.

2nd bedroom has a full bed with a twin sized trundle pullout.

3rd bedroom has two twin sized beds.

This clean and freshly updated home includes beach towels, smart TVs, a bassinet and fast Wi-Fi!

The kitchen is complete with essential cooking ware, blender, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home!

There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina rooftop for sunset, and best brunch spots.

Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels and soaps provided.

There is a patio furniture set perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening to enjoy the ocean breeze! The back patio has a back drop perfect for photos.

The property has a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use.

We provide beach towels, chairs and a cooler for your use!

We also partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.



This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. Getting Around:

There is a Publix grocery store on Beach Blvd .5 miles away. There are also many restaurants, stores, and nail salons in the area. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life rentals. They will bring them right to you! They also have beach chairs, umbrellas and more.

We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

We do our best to make sure nothing comes up during your stay but we specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay if any issues occur.

We stayed here for over a month while our house was under construction. It was clean, is in a great location, and had all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. Communication was great and the back yard was perfect for our pups. The outdoor shower was perfect after a beach day! Highly recommend staying here for vacation or if your like us and needed a home away from home.

We had an amazing stay and will be back!

We stayed here for about a month it was perfect for our family of 5 (12,10 and 1 year old children in tow) there was towels, soft bedding, a pack and play. Everything we needed for cooking. We could stroller over to the beach or run to the beach and grab a Starbucks and walk back the house was decorated like a Pinterest board and the owners were so communicative and kind. We will definitely stay with them again in the future we’d like to make it an annual tradition!

Adorable home

We came into town for the George strait and Chris Stapleton concert. This home is about a 30-40 min drive to the stadium, which was fine for us because we preferred being closer to the beach. It’s a quick drive to the beach, several coffee shops and restaurants. Only 10 mins from Neptune beach and lots of boutique shopping. The house was cuter than the photos. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and very clean.

Coco and CJ were excellent hosts and the renovation they did was super cute and modern. Very clean and close to the beach! Perfect for families with pets! We will stay again when able!
