Completed in late 2022, this corner villa was carefully redesigned with coastal-inspired tones of soft sand and ocean blues. From custom cabinetry and fresh furnishings to hand-picked details, this space was curated to reflect the serenity of its surroundings. Our goal: a peaceful, home-away-from-home feel — with the touches of luxury you deserve.

Beautiful condo, well appointed in a perfect location. Easy walk to pool and beach plus the Omni property has nice shops and a variety of dining options. The only drawback was it was tough to find parking outside the condo one night given the holiday weekend and we had to park in another area and walk a slight distance back. Otherwise would recommend highly.

Perfect Spot

We’ve been vacationing at Amelia for many years and stayed at multiple places. This unit may well be the all around best of them all! Feels very private. Layout is wonderful and roomy. Very nicely appointed. Really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Everything you need in the kitchen. Our host was wonderful! Easy check-in, provided lots of helpful info, and was very responsive to any questions or needs! Would be thrilled to stay there again!

Wonderful Stay!!

Our week at Shipwatch Villas was wonderful!! The grounds are simply beautiful, lots of plants and flowers and all well-maintained. The condo was updated and one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed in on our vacations to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen nicely stocked. Loved the Turkish towels and all the beach chairs. Our host, Michelle, was very accommodating and answered all our questions in a timely manner. She was a pleasure to work with in planning our time at the beach.

A Slice of Paradise

This was our second time staying in this unit. Our experience was fabulous once again! The condo is so comfortable, spacious, and has lots of natural light. The grounds are spectacular, we enjoyed walking throughout the property each day, and we captured awesome sunrises and sunsets (just below the top floor there is a balcony off the elevator which is above the tree line and faces the Amelia River).

Oasis in Amelia Island

Our stay at Sunrise Heaven at Shipwatch Villas was outstanding! The condo is perfectly situated very close to the beach as well as in walking distance to the Omni Hotel's shops and restaurants. The condo has light coming in from three different sides, which makes it bright and appealing. The kitchen was perfect for our one gourmet chef in our traveling party, along with a big dining room table close-by. The bedrooms were spacious with two ensuite bathrooms and other amenities. The condo is very tastefully decorated and well-appointed. There is a balcony facing the ocean with comfortable chairs - perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. What stood out to me was our host, Michelle, who was a great communicator with us both before our stay by providing a helpful guide to the area and also by checking in with us during our stay to ensure that all was well. While we did not have any issues during our vacation, I had confidence that Michelle and her team would have addressed them immediately. This is a condo I know we will visit again in the future and are already looking forward to our next stay sometime soon.

Luxury Beach Condo

We had an amazing and comfortable trip at this well-appointed beach condo. All of the furniture was comfortable and plenty of amenities to enjoy the beach and play games during the evening. Plenty of television options and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. We really enjoyed our vacation and are thinking of renting again this summer.

This 3 bedroom condo exceeded expectations. It had all the essentials for cooking which made cooking easy. Beds were comfortable. The views were breathtaking ! The only improvement i could say was it would have been great to have barstools at the amazing kitchen island.

Wonderful condo in a beautiful location

Had a great week in Amelia Island and this condo was perfect for our family. Ocean views and a quick walk to your choice of beach or pool. Well appointed with everything you could need. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and it was great to have beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and even beach towels ready to go. Can’t wait to return.

Love the Omni property of Amelia Island. Beautiful and quiet. The condo was well appointed (lots of beach and pool gear!) and the perfect set up for our family. This was our second time staying with this host and will stay again.

Amazing ocean view at the Omni!

Amazing ocean view and beautiful condo. Huge kitchen & dining/living area. My teens love staying at the Omni because they love to rent bikes & ride the trails, swim, go to the beach, eat at the restaurants, and enjoy the 4th of July. We go off the property to play pickleball, go to the Fort, downtown to shop, and go to different restaurants and shops. We love that this beach is not too crowded. Just note that parking can be far away from your condo. The host is nice, very informative, & is available if needed.

Great Beachfront Condo Overlooking the Atlantic

Sipping morning coffee on the outdoor porch of this beachfront, beautifully appointed condominium overlooking the ocean made our family gathering a week to remember! We loved watching the turtles and rabbits each morning and early evening scamper amid the lush grass surroundings. This condo was well equipped with everything you need - a true gem!
