The Space
Set within an owner-occupied home, this one-room private suite offers a simple, peaceful retreat with its own private entrance and separate street or building entrance. Designed for ease and comfort, it provides a dedicated place to rest, recharge, or stay productive while remaining close to the beach and local attractions.

Sleeping & Living Area
A king bed with soft linens anchors the space, offering a comfortable place to relax after time by the shore. The suite includes a dedicated workspace with Wifi, making it suitable for remote work or catching up on tasks. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round, while a TV provides easy entertainment.

Bathroom
The private bathroom is equipped with bathroom essentials and a hair dryer, giving you convenience and privacy throughout your stay.

Kitchen & Dining
There is no full kitchen, but the suite includes a mini-fridge refrigerator and coffee maker for storing drinks and preparing simple refreshments. Barbecue utensils are available for use with the outdoor grill, offering an option for casual outdoor cooking.

Free driveway parking on premises - 1 space makes arrivals easy, and self check-in with a keypad allows for flexible access. Home safety features, including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit, add peace of mind during your stay.

Located just two blocks from beach access, you’ll have quick proximity to the sand and surf. The surrounding area is walkable to restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore Jacksonville Beach without going far.

Additional Notes
This is a one-room suite designed similarly to a hotel-style setup, offering privacy and simplicity within a shared property. Pets are not allowed.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
