Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to eat and places to see. Only complaint was the breakfast, wish they offered bagels or toast. The only options were muffins and they were to sweet. Overall we would stay here again if ever in the area.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. We opted for a king suite with fireplace. It was very clean, updated and a wonderful environment.

The jewel on this property was Linda! She was very pleasant and helpful. She checked us in and noticed right away that there was a double booking for one of the members of our family. She immediately called Expedia and handed the phone to us since we needed to confirm the error directly with them. We confirmed the inadvertent double-booking and were credited that same day. I give Linda FIVE STARS! After that, it quickly went downhill to mediocre. The rooms were okay but the beds were uncomfortable. Also, the rooms were not straightened during the day while we were out and about. The location was fine but the view from our rooms was far from beautiful considering the beautiful scenery that abounds in that area. Our room overlooked the parking lot. The "breakfast choices" consisted of two cold cereals, a boiled egg, and some fruit. Orange juice and coffee were also offered. I would not stay here again.

I booked thrugh Expedia, something I won't do again. Not sure who dropped the ball between Expedia and the Inn, but I messaged with questions and requests in advance. Booked a "dog friendly" room. Asked about pet fee (yes, there was one) and microwave (Inn website says these must be requested in advance, didn't mention whether there were fees on those. Never got a response before checking in. So that was ehen I learned there was a pet fee (common these days, I realize) and there should be a micro in the room. There wasn't, and they brought one over as soon as I contacted them...no fee. So what is that all about? But the property, while it was off season, had charm and some good doggie space outside. Clean, friendly. For the stated rate through Expedia, it would have been a great deal...but between the added pet fee and higher rate than what Expedia listed, I had to wonder why they list dog friendly rooms and don't include the dog fee when quoting rates. Biggest probl was no response to my questions theough the online messaging. :-(

Dear Becky, we are sorry about the confusion regarding the microwave and pet fees. Microwaves are available upon request. Pet fees are applicable to guests staying with a pet, so we do not include that in the pricing because sometimes guests will book a pet friendly room when we have no others available, etc. We confirm that you have a pet at time of check in and apply the fee at that time.
