It was great

The hotel location is easy to find, near the highway on/off ramp. The design of room is good, it's simply but comfort and clean. The concept of hotel is modern and the furniture is working good at all.

budget hotel

I stayed here for about 6 days with my family and booked 2 rooms, then I booked 1 more room for 1 night. The hotel was nice and reachable from and to city center of South Tangerang eventough it's a budget hotel. It has a convenience store operated from 7am-10 pm. They did room service and providing us 2 clean towels and 2 bottles of mineral water everyday. The cons are: 1.The front desk staff was not friendly. Please smile more, or as simple as say Hi can change hotel ambience nicer. 2. The drop-off zone and parking lot is a little bit cramped. 3. The room doesn't have magnetic door stopper. Room Tip: 1. If you travel with family, it is better to request rooms with connecting door. 2.Choose higher floors for quieter situation.

次はないかな

ジャカルタ市内には用件が無く、タンゲラン地区ですので、このエリアにホテルを探しました。 次は無いかな、というのが正直なところです。 ホテルのロビーの裏側にコンビニが併設されていますが、品ぞろえは良くありません。コーラを買いに入りましたが、冷蔵庫には冷えたコーラが2本、いったい何時入れたものだ？　と。 エレベーターホール（コンビニの入り口前）にお弁当の冷凍ものがカギの付いた冷凍庫にはいってあり、コンビニの兄さんに聞くと、それはフロント扱いなのでそちらで注文、支払いをとのこと。 その言葉に従い、フロントに頼むと、トランシーバーで係を呼んだので待ってほしいと。冷凍庫の前で待っていると作業着の、今までボイラーを修理していました、と言わんばかりの兄さんが走ってきて、鍵を開けてくれ、どれにする？と。 冷凍庫前に電子レンジがあるので、あとは自分でやるから、と言いたかったのだが、あまりにも熱心にやってくれるので、最後まで任せ、結局一生懸命やってくれたことに対しての心づけを渡したりとかえって高い弁当になりました。 ほかの皆さんが言われておられる、スタッフがフレンドリーというのは、インドネシア人は微笑み返しが素敵なので、当たり前のことで特筆すべきことではないと。 実際、空港でBlue Bird Taxiに乗り、ホテルのすぐ電話し、タクシーの運転手さんに場所を教えてもらおうとしたが、愛想のない電話対応であった。 部屋は可もなく不可もなく。日本のビジネスホテルのシングルルーム程度。デスクは無く、壁に埋め込んである小さなテーブルを引き出して使う（新幹線、飛行機のあれ）があり、椅子は無いので、ベットに腰かけてそのテーブルで食べる、作業する、ということになり、高さが合わず苦労しました。 とにかく安さを求めるならここは良いでしょう。
