Terrible experience and Bad Management

The hotel is not as good as it is being rated. I have booked the hotel for myself and my colleagues. It was so horrible in terms of service, food and amenities that one of my colleague had to change the hotel after first night. Entire hotel had a strange kind of smell (not good). One of the room did not had enough hot water and it wasn't fixed after repeated calls. The breakfast area had wet sofas and no “Caution” sign for it. Two of us sat on the wet sofa and got our pants wet. Had to change our dress in the morning while we were going to the office. Breakfast items were not enough and wasn't made available after asking repeatedly. Coffee wasn’t served even after 30 min. of order. After all of this, I requested management to refund for my rest of days booking and they were so rude that they were offering me free meal but no refund. This is certainly not expected from a reputed hotel. The management did not show any customer centric behaviour. Please do not go there unless you want to waste your money. There are better hotel at lower price around.

A new hotel. Very efficient and polite staff. Very good food Buffet breakfasts and Dinners. They should however be more CoVid cautious in terms of masks by staff.
