what i booked i did not get. facilities i booked were at erya bettong, not janda back. i feel cheated.

This resort advertised falsely on Expedia. The room they displayed for the one I chose is not the correct one. Apparently I have to pay more to get the one I saw in the picture which was clearly the one I picked for the price I paid. They said the bed is king sized, but it's clearly only queen sized. The staff here are terrible and lackluster. We don't feel welcomed at all as they are either not found anywhere, or look really unhappy serving us. I have to go searching for them at their quarters only to be serviced. Terrible terrible experience. Can't believe my wife and I wasted our time and money coming to stay here. The only thing that is good about this place is the natural surroundings, but that's pretty much anywhere in Janda Baik. I've never experienced any of Erya by Suria's services and hospitality before. So this bad first impression will definitely be one that ends it all for us with this group.

Management to Improve hotel Condition

Paid for extra bed during booking but hotel demanded to pay upon check in. Hotel.Com staff helped to resolve. The extra bed is filthy & no longer usable! The mattress in bad condition & bed frame is dusty. Hotel staff was helpful trying to make the best out of a filthy mattress. It is very comfortable sleeping on a filthy mattress, causing bad allergies! The hotel is run down. The hotel need to improve on entrance signage. There are few types of Erya’s hotel . The photos showed in website booking is not similar to actual room.
