Located in the exclusive Golden Gardens residence, it offers three communal swimming pools, for adults and children, impressive gardens with lawn. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 6 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Arenal de JĂĄvea and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.



Accommodation

This comfortable, modern and bright duplex apartment has 141 mÂČ and is located on the 2nd floor. It has marble floors and is furnished to a very high standard. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and capacity for 6 people.

On the first floor there is a fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. On this floor is the spacious living and dining room with comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and double doors that open to a large south-facing terrace. There is also a double room and a bathroom.

A beautiful open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor which consists of a spacious master bedroom with a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom with a large double bed and another bathroom with shower. Both rooms have access to a private south-facing terrace and there is also a chill-out terrace at the back of the property.

The establishment is located just 600 m from the sandy beach of Playa del Arenal and 1 km from the rocky beach of Playa del Montañar. It is also close to all services, at a distance of 500 m from supermarkets, bars, beach bars, a post office, a pharmacy, several banks and shops.

On the picturesque Mediterranean coast, the city of JĂĄvea is a pleasant place that delights visitors of the Costa Blanca with its beautiful marina and beautiful beaches. There are also multiple sports activities to participate in, such as sailing, diving and snorkelling, golf, tennis and even hiking to MontgĂł. The sea is of great importance in JĂĄvea, and many of its excellent restaurants make the most of their location by serving fish dishes prepared by experts with the best catches of the day. Great Apartment in great location and secure complex

Great apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Location was excellent, just a few mins walk to the beach, supermarket etc all you need on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be looking to book again.

Luxurious, comfortable and close to El Arenal

This is a lovely, stylish and well equipped split level apartment within a quiet residential block. All the furniture and decoration is very comfortable and quite designer-led. I was sick for part of the brief holiday and I really appreciated staying in a properly heated flat as so many are freezing in the colder months. El Arenal has a great beach and huge choice of restaurants from small high end ones to cheaper pizza and pasta options. We love Javea and go regularly and would recommend this apartment especially for larger families as it is really spacious.

Problems with criminality

Good and fully equipped apartments. The community has a nice area and a clean pool. But, unfortunately, this community was unsafe for us. While we were on the beach, the laptop, ipad, phone, money, jewellery, documents and even shoes and clothes were stolen from our apartment. And it happened despite the fact that the entrance to the community is only possible with a key, the entrance to the entryway is also possible with another key and that our apartments' door was locked. The next day the neighbours reported that this has already happened in the past year. Owners of the apartments should have warned guests about this, install a safe and alarm system, also it is possible to install a video surveillance system on site and in the entrances. The police did not take any measures on this incident despite the submitted claim.

Amazing duplex apartment everything you could wish for and more.

We booked to stay here as my brother was getting married in the Javea area. We didn’t want to stay at the hotel we wanted to make a holiday of our time there as well as celebrate their marriage. We arrived early morning but we had booked for the day before so we could go straight to the apartment. We picked the keys up from a local bar and entered into the apartment. We were all blown away with how spacious the apartment was and how it’s even better in real life than it was in the photos. There is everything you need, the kitchen has all the top of the range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The living area is very spacious with dinning table big enough for 6 and two lovely soafa. There’s fast internet and British tv not that we watched much tv. Lovely balcony were u can enjoy your meals with a huge table. Twin room clean plenty of room for all your clothes. Aircon big mirror and very comfy beds. Main bathroom with shower and bath. Then upstairs two good size rooms with kingsize beds and one has en suite bathroom and there’s a further shower room. Leading from these room is a shared balcony and to the other side is a door leading to a big sun terrace with comfy sofa and bbq. There was 5 adults staying and there was plenty of space for us all to have time away from each other if we wanted. It was great each having a bathroom to ourselves too. There’s cards and dominos to play we had a couple of games one evening when we stayed in and had a chilled night. We ate in a couple of times and there’s everything you need. From cutlery to utensils cooking dishes etc and there was oils and seasons in the cupboards and some tea and coffee. We left some we had taken over and some dishwasher tablets. The pool is great and there are two sun beds you can take down and a mat. Very relaxing and some great places close by. We went to a cafe down the road le Parisien They do great food and if u order tapas it’s definitely to share we made the mistake of ordering loads of dishes and it was too much so we took some home. The beach is 6min quick walk or 10 min slow one. Loads of places to eat and drink and get ice creams. Supermarket just down the road loads of choice. We loved our stay and we would come back again 100% great place and beautiful decorated lots of thought and attention to your every need been thought out by the owners. You would be crazy not to book here. 10/10 everything u could want and more.

Great apartment in a fantastic location

We spent a fortnight in Javea and loved this apartment. Plenty of room for the six of us and the rooms and furniture were lovely. The location works really well - very quiet but only five minutes to Arenal Beach. I would highly recommend this apartment
