Het huis heeft het mooiste uitzicht, alsof je de hele dag op zee zit, maar niet vaart.
Het heeft de pech dat aan 2 kanten gebouwd wordt. Aan de rechterkant waren bouwwerkzaamheden, links (zwembadkant) gelukkig niet: lag stil.
De slaapkamers zijn prima, alhoewel de bedden aan vervanging toe zijn: kuilen, even wennenâŠ
De keukenfaciliteiten zijn prima!
Voor de sportievelingen is er ook een kleine goed gefaciliteerde fitness.
Het is jammer dat je bij vertrek je sleutels weer moet terugbrengen naar Aquila Rent: een sleutelkastje zou fijn zijn, scheelt je toch weer een rit.
Het zwembad is een lekker poedelbadje.
Het huis aan de buitenkant mag een verfje hebbenâŠ
Al met al een fijne vakantie gehad en zouden voor de locatie terugkomen.
In brief we were very happy we rented Villa Bombon. The view is captivating in the sun, by the pool, in the shade, at the indoor and outdoor dining tables and two of the bedrooms. The kitchen, bedrooms, showers, etc. are very functional. This is a three level building, no doubt required by the steep terrain on the mountainside. The top level is the entry with a bedroom with bathroom, private shower, tub, and toilet a 5-6 steps above the bedroom (no handrail). The clothes washing machine and drying racks are off this bathroom. The next level down has two sleeping rooms, each with itâs own shower and toilet. One of these rooms has a sea view, the other does not. The lower level is the gathering area with the kitchen, dining area, access to outdoor swimming pool and dining area. After a day or so we discovered an outdoor stairway from the parking area to the kitchen. Aguila Rent (property manager) was very responsive to a few issues needing attention.
Downsides include the steep downslope from the remote controlled driveway gate to the parking area for our 9-passenger van. One of our group had experience with manual transmissions and mastered the parking task, but it is not for the timid. It is probably easier in a smaller vehicle.
There are no handrails on the stairways.
There was construction on either side and pile driver noise some of the time. It seemed like that part of the construction may be nearing completion leaving less noisy construction.
The accommodation was in very fine condition and similar to all pictures.
It's a quiet place at the time we were there, with a breathtaking view.
The bureau in charge of the property was very friendly and helpful.
If we come to that area in Spain again, we would like to rent it again.
