The hotel was closed. I could not even get in the parking lot. I had to make other arrangements at another hotel, which cost me twice as much. I’m not happy with this at all and it doesn’t sound like I’m gonna be getting a refund for quite some time either.

Unacceptable rooms in regards to cleanliness as well as finding a Brown Recluse spider. Inspection of the bedding revealed stains and very thin sheets with no mattress covers. The mattress has staining that varies from yellow to dark brown. Did not find any evidence of bed bugs.

They are scamming people out of there deposit I had to pay 50 dollars for a deposit and when I checked out I never got my deposit back it’s been a week I’ve tried multiple attempts to get it back and they keep telllong me they are processing it but it never comes

The light was broken. Remote had no batteries and there was bed bugs all in the bed and when they moved us rooms they tried to put us in a room with blood all over the mattress and sheets

One towel, no toilet paper and almost $100 a night. I am not super needy but I do expect 2 clean towels and toilet paper. I even bring my own soap and shampoo so that doesn’t matter. I have had this happ I also bring my own towel because hotels these days more often then not for some reason don’t have them in the rooms.

Large bed bug infestation in multiple rooms. They sell 'THC" gummies and joints behind the check in. Trash in drawers and behind couches. It has a D+ on better business bureau. It should be condemned as unsafe for children and adults
