Il manquait un peu plus de propreté. Ex:-Rideau de douche pas tres propre, le couvrelit taché. Points forts: le personnel est tres gentil, disponible et accueillant.

A chair to sit in instead of always sitting on the bed would have been nice. Vending machine not working, We liked the access to the Interstate which allowed us ample time to get to our Dance competition. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

It was an ok hotel. Outdated and there was smoking somewhere in the hotel. You could smell it in the hallways and there was a dog barking in the morning in one of the rooms.

Bed bug infestation

Check in was fair. Quick inspection of the room and we thought was ok. Grabbed showers and sat down on bed to begin to relax and found bed bugs. Went to front office immediately with pics and videos of the bed bugs, requested a refund and was denied by the manager. Notified Hotels.com the began trying to contact hotel with no luck. So we are out the money for a room infested with bed bugs

Very easy to check in Expedia reservation was easy and the clerk was very professional and nice as well as the cleaning staff and other front desk clerks.
