Overall, the hotel was great; however, the bed is extremely firm, and the pillows are extremely deflated and flat. The room is extremely hot. When I inquired, the front desk stated the heat and AC in the rooms are all turned off because it is winter; therefore, there is no option to control the temperature in the room. They provided a fan, but it was useless and would automatically shut off after an extended period. I wish I could have controlled the temperature in the room or been notified ahead of time, then I would have reserved a different hotel.

The rooms were very modern and unexpectedly spacious when compared to other hotels I’ve been to. Everything was clean, on the daily. It was an positive unexpected experience for the price we paid. Would come here again if I were to come to Jeju in the future.

The hotel was in a great location being close to the airport and many shops and restaurants. Our room had a nice view from the 9th floor but we did hear music coming from the outside clubs at night. I loved the bidet in the bathroom and the room amenities were nice. Although they provided tea and coffee bags, they did not have creamer, only sugar. It would also have been nice if they provided a clothes line to dry clothes in the bathroom. There were no face towels provided either. The front desk staff was friendly. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel stay.

We liked the location of the property. The hotel and room were clean and it was safe to walk around and shop in the area. The gym is a bit small and there was no pool or sauna.

The room contains all the required amenities and the price is reasonable. One feature that is well thought out, the sofa is located next to the window, allowing you to admire the street view while watching the TV. Conveniently tucked away next to a shopping street, there are many diverse eateries available for all price ranges
