This duplex was very well stocked for beach goers! The neighborhood is quiet and close to the beach. Sam addressed concerns very quickly! Would definitely stay again.

The stay was amazing! The amenities were great and the house was well stocked with everything any one could ask for. Upon entering I felt like I was home. I did get to talk with the host, Sam and she was very personable and professional. Quite honestly - our stay couldn't have been better. Sam was awesome and in touch frequently to check in and make sure all was well. The property is very well equipped from kitchen needs to beach needs and felt like home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, my dog Gigi met many friends! I will certainly stay here whenever I am in Jensen beach.

We loved our stay at the Turtle House! The place was spacious, clean and as described. Communication with the host was excellent. They hooked us up with a nice goody basket which was great after our long drive. We were very comfortable, loved the beach and would definitely rent again. We were sad to leave.

This was just a terrific stay. The house was spotless and organized beyond anything we have previously experienced. The owner was friendly, informative and helpful. Area had many things to do and fabulous beaches. We would give ten stars if we could.

Sam, the host, was very welcoming and attentive. The home was sparkling clean, in a great location, and fairly large. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were modern. They allow pets but there was no evidence of pets staying at this place. My husband has allergies and had absolutely no issues here. I give the Turtle House my highest recommendation! There was even a little gift basket at our arrival. And many other beach going necessities for you to borrow to take to the community’s private ocean beach. If we had a boat, we would have used the boat launch in the neighborhood. Other folks in the community were friendly too.

My family and I had the best experience staying at the Turtle House! Samantha's communication throughout the entire time was superb! Her and her husband's home is decorated so well, and they really do equip it with everything you need on a getaway. The provided beach chairs and buggy was a total treat, and I totally recommend taking your coffee over to their private beach area and enjoying the amazing sunrises!!! The location of their house is perfect for exploring all the beautiful things this area has to offer. And their welcome book provides great food and shopping recommendations, another benefit to renting with them! Make sure to hit Brocks Surfside Grill, great pizza with easy takeout only two blocks away! This was a birthday trip for my wife’s 50th, and I can’t thank Samantha enough for making it so special, and easy to book and stay! I can’t say enough positive things about our time at their place, and all of my interactions with Samantha. I strongly recommend booking with her for this perfect quiet, clean, and cozy beach getaway!
