Staff was great. However… location is less than desired (in an industrial area). Room was never cleaned during my stay. I was given the story that my do not disturb sign was up, but I had it on until 9 am during my stay. Bread products at the free breakfast were stale. Looking at other alternatives while I visit my daughter in Hoboken.

They wouldn’t check and store our bags prior to check in. Claimed they didn’t have room. Never heard of that before. As such we had to wait in the the lobby for 3 1/2 hours until our room was ready Common areas were not clean
