The check in was awesome. The girl at front desk was super friendly and accommodated me two room near each other however the bathtub did not drain so I had to shower in 8 inches of my sons dirty water from his shower. The sink didn’t drain either and the temperature of the room never got up to the setting. Cold all night. The room was prob 64 and I had it set to 74 for 8 hours. It obviously is programmed to not go above a certain temperature, I only wanted it to be around 68 but turned it to 74 to see if it made any difference and nothing.

The room was so clean and spacious, the breakfast was delicious and the space clean and well maintained. The location was great for the American Mall. The staff were professional and helpful but I barely needed to interact with them since everything was perfect.

The place was very clean, and the service was excellent. The young man at the reception was extremely friendly and provided all the information we needed. However, my main concern was the sleeper sofa — it was so uncomfortable that I felt like I was lying directly on the springs, and I’m sure my back will be paying for it! My family in the other room said their kids also complained about the sleeper sofa. They definitely need to replace or upgrade those as soon as possible! This is the reason I couldn’t give it more than 3 stars, a good night sleep is essential.
